admin e5f1615665 F6.1 hotfix · Operadora inmediata y cancelación con motivo (#38) 
Corrige la UX de planificación para precargar fecha/hora, resolver y autoseleccionar la Operadora vigente del Área, y expone cancelación auditada con motivo obligatorio en DRAFT/PLANNED/IN_PROGRESS, manteniendo el bloqueo por Acta sellada.
